Below, you will see 3 videos that show our biomineralization and precipitation process and what we can do with our organic polymers.

Mineral extraction/remediation – In this video, you will see us perform a real-time heavy metal extraction from coal in our lab. Our process will break covalent bonds and creates an exothermic reaction; The process is called precipitation. We are converting all the remaining elements to oxygen and nitrogen, leaving only pure carbon when the process is finished. The amount of steam and energy produced in this reaction speaks for itself.

Cement – In this video, you will see cement that was made with coal ash and our organic polymers. You will notice the incredible strength and versatility of this new cement compound. It is also antimicrobial and has been tested to over 1,800° Fahrenheit.

Asphalt – Here, you will see a new form of asphalt that was made with coal ash and our polymers. It can withstand over 1,500° Fahrenheit and will not fracture under extreme situations. It can also hold more than 100 times its own weight.
